Situated on the main Stratford Road in cosmopolitan Sparkhill, Jyoti - which means 'little flame' - is widely regarded as one of the best restaurants in Birmingham.
It is purely vegetarian and most of the 90+ dishes are actually vegan. This is spicy South Indian food at its very best - one of its specialities is Pani Puri.
Booking is seriously recommended - this is a very popular spot and there's only seating for 40.
